Vegetarians need Vitamin B12

As a vegetarian myself, I need to take in vitamin B12 (which is normally found in fish, meat, etc...).

So where can we find this?

The best dietary sources of the B vitamins, especially B12, are:

- asparagus, broccoli, spinach, bananas, potatoes
- dried apricots, dates and figs
- milk, eggs, cheese, yoghurt
- nuts (especially walnuts) and pulses
